Steven "Stevie" Quentin Marcus Allen, 22, of Bowling Green, ran into the arms of Jesus on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022. If any single Angel in Heaven were required to nominate the next best candidate to enter through Heaven's Gates, we see why they chose Stevie, without a doubt.

Stevie graced this world with his presence on April 22, 2000, becoming the cherished son of Steven Marcus Allen and Melinda Sue Long-House. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Mary Stoneseifer, Velma Long, and Jack and Winnie Skidmore, whom he treasured. We know wholeheartedly that Stevie was also greeted at Heaven's Gates with an infinite number of kisses from the love of his life, and four-legged best friend, Annie.

Stevie was and will always remain one of God's most precious gifts placed on this earth. The amount of love in the heart of this one single soul was immeasurable and absolute. There are no words that exist in this universe to describe our Steven Marcus. When we think of Stevie, the words "my life, my everything, my best friend, my confidant, hysterical, straight forward, loyal, understanding, unique, honest, talented, loving, confident, beloved, caring, mischievous, and quick witted" immediately come to our minds. However, we have learned from all who love him that this list is truly endless. Stevie's singing ability, which he was blessed with by both his Heavenly and earthly father, is known and cherished by all who had the joy of his presence in their lives.

To say that Stevie was brilliant is beyond an understatement. Stevie was self-taught on the keyboard and spent countless hours practicing and singing to and for his loved ones. In his free time, he enjoyed playing his PlayStation, specifically Rocket League and Grand Theft Auto. He is known for his love of Air Jordans and placed his collection on a pedestal. Nascar held a special place in his life as well and was one of his favorites.  Deep conversations about any topic were at the top of his list; and we will forever cherish those intimate talks with our sweet boy. Above all, Stevie loved spending an infinite amount of time and laughing hysterically with those he loved. We all felt his joy and love around us during his presence. There were no doubts when questioning his love for anyone because he made it known in many thoughtful ways.  We will forever miss his little crooked smile and covering his mouth with his hand when he couldn't stop laughing. Those are the moments that we will hold so tightlytightly until we ourselves see him in Heaven.

Stevie is survived by two of his most highly regarded individuals in his existence: his parents, Steven Allen of Northwood, Ohio, and Melinda Long of Garner, North Carolina. Alongside his father is his partner Dawn Szymanski, and alongside his mother is husband, Tracy House. He also leaves behind his girlfriend, Mariah Malcom, along with their unborn child. Following his parents are five siblings and three nephews, whom his love for was limitless. These precious souls include Caitlyn Shantel Lough and husband, Travis; and three nephews, Ryder James, Jensen Matthew, and Tucker Allen, all of Elk Garden, W.Va., Calla Rowena House, Olivia Roxanne House, Christopher Lamont House, and Zarya Gabrielle House, all who reside in Garner, N.C.  Stevie's grandparents, whose love for him is indescribable, include Douglas "Pap" and Roxanne Long "Gram" of Wiley Ford, W.Va., Mary Jane Allen of Bowling Green, and William "Pap Bill" and Peggy Allen of Cumberland. Stevie's surviving aunts and uncles who love him infinitely include William Allen "Uncle Billy", Travis Allen, April Adams, Amanda Aguallo, John Long and fiancé Tiffany Weimer, Alicia Long "Lisherbug"; and one of Stevie's best friends and fur-nephew, Max, and beyond ornery sidekick, Justin Long. Stevie also physically leaves behind many cousins who love, adore, and consider him as their own sibling.

The entire family extends a special thank you to one of Stevie's best friends, Logan Green "Lunatic Logan". Stevie also shared his love with many other friends, near and far, whom we cannot even begin to count. We love and thank all of you for being part of and sharing your love and kindness throughout Stevie's life.

Friends will be received at Adams Family Funeral Home, 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022. Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Funeral services will follow directly after. Per Stevie's wishes, he will be cremated so that his family may have him close.

A repast will be held immediately following the service at Cumberland Regional Airport Main Terminal. Changes may be made and announced at the service if necessary.

All contributions may be made to The Jed Foundation and/or Allegany County Animal Shelter.

We will forever share Stevie's story and be advocates for Mental Health and Suicide Awareness. Stevie showed an enormous amount of love to an astronomical amount of people; and their lives will forever be changed by both the beginning, middle, and ending of his time in this physical world. He is without a doubt, safe, pain free, and with a sound mind, wrapped in the arms of Jesus.
